Pallum Health is a software platform that allows patients to:

• Log blood pressure readings and other health data
• Receive lifestyle prompts and coaching messages
• Share data with healthcare providers for review

The platform also provides a clinical dashboard for authorised healthcare professionals.

Pallum Health is not a diagnostic or treatment tool.

All data and recommendations provided are for informational and educational purposes only.

The app does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any medical concerns or before making health-related decisions.

As a user of Pallum Health, you agree to:

• Enter accurate and honest health data
• Use the platform as an adjunct to medical care, not a substitute
• Follow your clinician's advice and treatment plan
• Seek urgent medical help if your health condition worsens

Pallum Health stores your data securely and in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.

Your data will never be sold or used for marketing without explicit consent.

In pilot phases, anonymised usage data may be used to improve the app and monitor clinical safety.

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Using the app under the guidance of a healthcare professional (e.g., your GP or PCN)

All content, branding, and technology within Pallum Health are owned by Pallum Health Ltd. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Pallum Health is in its early development and pilot phase.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability or uptime
• Compatibility with all devices
• Freedom from bugs or interruptions

We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance or improvements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
